City of Brady is governed by a Mayor and City Council who are elected by the people of the City. The Mayor and City Council acting together are the Governing Body. All Governing Body members serve three-year terms. The Governing Body, being the elected representative of the people, adopts all ordinances and resolutions and determines the general goals and policies.

The 1st Quarter "GOOD NEWS" business luncheon, sponsored by Brady National Bank and presented by the Brady/McCulloch County Chamber of Commerce, is scheduled for Wednesday, January 18th, from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the TruCountry Inn Bluebonnet Ballroom. A catered meal will be provided. Tickets for the luncheon are $15 for members or $20 for future members and can be reserved online or through the Chamber office.Please let us know if you are planning to attend by 12:00 pm, Monday, January 16thth.
