October 31st 2024 at Richards Park

We will have an Activities booth & Trunk or Treat area. 

Activities booth guidelines

• Submit this entry form
• Must be in designated activity  area
• Manage set up & break down
• Must be interactive 
• We will award "Most Spirited" contest

Trunk or Treat guidelines

• Submit this entry form
• Must be in designated trunk or treat area
• Provide individual items or candy to pass out ( estimate for 600+ kiddos)
• We will have a "Best Decorated" contest

Low volume Halloween music is acceptable. 
Please no games/activities in the Trunk or Treat section.
Must provide your own tables, canopies, and "trunks." Spots for Trunk or Treat will be first come.
